AI features for a CO2 emissions visualisation service

Challenge: Drafting CO2-reduction initiatives required users to analyse the data themselves and decide on next actions — leaving the feature underused.
Approach: We built an AI feature that proposes initiatives based on emissions data and usage, integrating it with existing systems and refining UI/UX so the journey from analysis to drafting initiatives is supported end-to-end.
Outcome: Streamlined the path from data to decision and created an environment where users can keep iterating on improvement activities.

Legal & professional services

Business foundation for an AI legal-consultation service

Challenge: In the early stage of a legal consultation, users struggled to reach the information they needed or the right party to talk to.
Approach: We designed and built a consultation platform powered by a legal database and generative AI — surfacing relevant information and suggested directions in response to natural-language questions.
Outcome: Delivered a platform that supports first response in legal consultations and helped the client launch the new business early.

Retail

Building an order management system

Challenge: Orders and inventory were managed separately, and confirmation work and data reconciliation were consuming a lot of effort.
Approach: We connected the EC system with the inventory-management system, building a core system that manages order data in real time.
Outcome: Brought the order process to a half-automated state, cutting confirmation effort and lifting operational efficiency.
