Retail & distribution

Requirements design for system renewal

Challenge
The team was planning a renewal of legacy operations systems but struggling to balance current operations with future requirements.
Approach
We visualised current flows alongside the future state, then produced requirements and an RFP — supporting outreach to multiple vendors.
Outcome
Vendor selection completed within 10 weeks. After Discovery, the client moved into Development with another partner.

Logistics

Requirements analysis for accounting automation

Challenge
Billing, payment reconciliation and receivables work had become reliant on individuals and increasingly complex — manual work was piling up around overseas-agency reminders, payment matching, and reports for the accounting firm.
Approach
Through interviews with leadership and accounting staff, we mapped As-Is and To-Be operations along with business and system requirements. Building on the existing external services, we shaped an automation concept and implementation approach covering reminders, payment reconciliation, and billing-data management.
Outcome
An automation project using AI agents for reminders and payment reconciliation has formally kicked off. After the requirements analysis phase, we continue to accompany the client through the requirements definition and development phases.
